Open Positions:

  1. Project Manager.
    A construction project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from the planning and design phase through to the completion and delivery of the final product. Duties include managing project budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and communicating progress and issues to stakeholders. Candidate must have a good understanding of construction materials and methods, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. A construction project manager may also be responsible for managing project teams, developing project plans, and conducting risk assessments to identify potential project challenges. They must be knowledgeable about project management software, have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in construction project management. Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) may be preferred.

  2. Procurement Professional.
    Responsible for managing the procurement of construction-related goods and services required by an organization. Duties include identifying procurement needs, researching and selecting contractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Candidate must have a good understanding of the construction industry, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. A construction procurement professional may also be responsible for managing relationships with contractors and suppliers, evaluating contractor performance, and implementing cost-saving measures. They must be knowledgeable about procurement regulations and procedures, have a solid understanding of construction-related regulations and codes, and possess strong project management skills. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in construction procurement or project management. Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) may be preferred.
